What exactly do I get when I buy a plan?
A complete toolkit: the full 5-year business plan as an editable Word document, a 5-year financial model in Excel (edit the blue cells, everything recalculates), an investor-ready pitch deck template in PowerPoint, and a step-by-step how-to guide.
Are the plans accepted by NYDA, SEFA and banks?
The plans follow the structure these funders assess against — executive summary, market analysis, operations, use of funds, repayment ability and full financials. Approval always depends on your business and your application, but the document itself meets the format funders expect.
Can I edit the plan with my own details?
Yes — that’s the point. The Word file is fully editable. You replace the highlighted sections with your own details: your name, location, your numbers where they differ, your story.
How is this different from a free template?
A template is an empty outline. Our plans arrive already researched and written for your specific industry in South Africa — market data, realistic startup costs in rand, industry regulations and a complete financial model.
What if my industry isn’t in the catalogue?
Use the custom plan service — tell us about your business and we write the plan from scratch, delivered within 5 working days from R2,499.

How do I pay?
Payfast — card, instant EFT or SnapScan. Both are trusted South African payment providers — we never see your card details.
How fast is delivery?
Instant. The download starts the moment payment clears, and a backup link is emailed to you. Instant EFT clears in seconds; a manual bank transfer can take longer.
I paid but didn’t get my download. Now what?
First check your spam folder for the email link. If it’s not there, WhatsApp us with your payment reference and we’ll resend it right away.
Is the price on the plan the final price?
Yes. R899 is what you pay — no hidden costs, no quotes, no subscription.
Can I buy for someone else?
Yes. Enter their email at checkout and the download link goes to them.

Refunds & support
What is your refund policy?
Because plans are digital downloads, we can’t refund once the file has been downloaded. If you bought the wrong industry plan by mistake, WhatsApp us within 48 hours and we’ll swap it for the right one, once, free.
Do you help me fill in the plan?
Every plan comes with a guide to the sections you need to personalise. If you get stuck, WhatsApp support is included — we’ll point you in the right direction.
Will you submit my funding application for me?
No — we write the plan, you submit the application. Funders require the applicant to apply directly. We do make sure the plan answers what they ask for.
What are your support hours?
Monday to Saturday, 8:00 to 18:00, on WhatsApp and email. Outside those hours, leave a message and we’ll reply first thing.
